Clapping like a kid

Well I drove up to NY tonight and I got in at 10:00. This is the first time I came home and my mom wasn't waiting for up for me. When I got up in the morning and I said good morning she replied "You'r back!" Which was the  best thing she could say instead of "I love you." Its really stressful coming home because I have to watch my mom with my son and my dog. She likes to feed to my dog all sorts of human food while I am not watching which makes my dad sick. My 4 year old likes to mess with al her stuff which makes her really upset. I have to monitor her constantly to make sure she is being safe. Its like having a grown child. Last week she got so agitated that she went to a neighbors house and ripped through the screen door in order to get a cup of coffee. When she gets in a mood there is no talking to her or making her stop. Part of this disease is overeating and has put on a lot of weight and she has gotten so big she cant be physically restrained. In two minutes that she has been in the kitchen with me she has asked me four times "Are you typing?" She is getting angry I took her coffee cup away today because she drinks so much, and she got very angry and yelled at me. I am noticing that if her routine is messed up in anyway she is getting very agitated.
